悉尼大学预科课程分为Standard、Intensive和Extended三种，课程内容细分为科学/工程与IT /健康科学、经济/商业、艺术/媒体、音乐、视觉艺术与设计这五个方向，以下是2019年悉大预科课程内容设置：

一、Standard and Intensive Programs标准和强化课程

1、Science / Engineering and IT / Health Science科学/工程与IT /健康科学

核心课程2门：English英语、Mathematics（Science）数学（理科）

2、Economics / Commerce经济/商业

核心课程2门：English英语、Mathematics（Humanities）数学（文科）

3、Arts / Media艺术/媒体

核心课程1门：English英语

4、Music音乐

核心课程2门：English英语、Music Core Theory and Performance音乐核心理论与表演

5、Visual Art and Design视觉艺术与设计

核心课程2门：English英语、Foundations of Visual Arts and Design Core视觉艺术与设计核心基础、Foundations of Visual Art and Design Elective视觉艺术和设计选修基础

这五个方向的选修课程相差不大，可供选择的课程有——Accounting会计、Advanced Mathematics高等数学、Australian Studies澳大利亚研究、Biology生物学、Chemistry化学、Economics经济、Foundations of Social Science社会科学基础、Foundations of Visual Art and Design Elective视觉艺术和设计选修基础、Government and Law政府和法律、Information Technology信息技术、International Studies国际研究、Mathematics（Humanities）数学（文科）、Media Studies and Communication媒体研究与传播、Music Elective音乐选修课、Physics物理。

二、Extended Program延长课程

延长预科的课程内容适合科学/工程与IT /健康科学、经济/商业、艺术/媒体、音乐、视觉艺术与设计这五个中任一方向，具体课程内容设置如下：

1、核心课程4门：Australian Identity澳大利亚风貌、Extended English延长英语、Essential Computing Skills（ECS）基本计算技能（ECS）、Essential Student Skills（ESS）基本学生技能（ESS）；

2、选修课程2门（任选）：Accounting会计、Australian Studies澳大利亚研究、Chemistry化学、Economics经济、Mathematics for Humanities文科数学。
